The existing Double Oaks Pool was built in the late 1980s and served local patrons well over several decades. To assist in energizing the Double Oaks neighborhood, a new aquatic facility was opened in a different location in May 2017. This corner site anchors the facility as well as highlighting the local architectural context, a key project goal. The new pool offers a zero-depth entry, sprays, lap swimming, water slide, and an assortment of shade structures. The pool house contains admissions, staff space, locker rooms, and vending, in addition to the pool pumps and filtration.
