The City of Frankfort worked with Brandstetter Carroll Inc. to design the Dolly Graham Splash Pad. The new splash pad was constructed in 2022 in an existing park in Frankfort by the Kentucky River. Frankfort has been working toward revitalizing this park the past few years.
