The City of Cactus contracted BCI to design and construct a new outdoor aquatic center. The zero-depth entry pool was designed for families with shades and an in-water bench. It also includes a kids’ play area, lap pool, and water slide. The new facility also includes a pool house, restrooms, and filtration building.
