The Centerville–Washington Park District utilized its park levy funds to develop a major improvement to Activity Center Park. The improvement included the development of a new sprayground, an all-access playground, and picnic shelter/restroom facility. The sprayground includes a wide variety of interactive spray features and has been a tremendous success since its opening in late summer 2006. This facility received the Facilities Award from the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association in 2007.
